Did you know it gives many different types of oregano? This article lists the many different types of oregano.
Growing: oregano can be grown in containers and in the ground. It can be grown in full sun or partial shade and needs well draining soil. I grow oregano in my garden and my soil is clay, the oregano does really well. Once oregano gets established it is quite easy to grow and just needs to be watered regularly. I list what color of flowers if you want to grow oregano to attract pollinators, if you want it for culinary use don't allow oregano to bloom. Harvest the leaves regularly, once established, to encourage new growth.
At LP Farm Store I grow five types of oregano.
